以青藏高原(27°-40°N,77.5°-103°)为研究区域,在1981-2010年中国气象信息综合分析和处理系统(MICAPS- Meteorological Information Combine Analysis and Process System)历史天气图资料基础上,参考美国国家大气研究中心环境预测国家中心(NCEP/NCAR-National Centers for Environmental Prediction / National Center for Atmospheric Research)逐日再分析资料(2.5°X2.5°,1981-2010和1°X1°,1999-2010)和中国气象局成都高原气象研究所出版的《青藏高原低涡切变线年鉴》(1998–2005,2007–2010),根据500hPa等压面上,高原地区形成闭合等高线的低压或有3个站点风向呈气旋性的低涡环流,人工识别了夏季(6-8月)青藏高原低涡,并对其发生次数进行统计,得到夏季青藏高原低涡发生频数数据集(1981-2010)。该数据集存储为.xls格式,数据量为32KB。该数据集的分析研究成果发表在《大气科学》2016年40卷第1期。
Taking the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau (27°–40°N, 77.5°–103°E) as the study area, this dataset was developed based on historical synoptic map data from the Meteorological Information Combine Analysis and Process System (MICAPS) of China during 1981–2010, with reference to daily reanalysis data (2.5°×2.5° resolution for 1981–2010 and 1°×1° resolution for 1999–2010) from the National Centers for Environmental Prediction/National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCEP/NCAR), as well as the *Annals of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau Vortex and Shear Line* (1998–2005, 2007–2010) published by the Chengdu Institute of Plateau Meteorology, China Meteorological Administration. Summer (June–August) Qinghai-Tibet Plateau vortices were manually identified according to two criteria: closed-contour low pressure systems over the plateau on the 500 hPa isobaric surface, or vortex circulations with three stations exhibiting cyclonic wind directions. The occurrence times of these vortices were counted to establish the summer Qinghai-Tibet Plateau Vortex occurrence frequency dataset (1981–2010). This dataset is stored in .xls format, with a total size of 32 KB. The analytical research results based on this dataset were published in *Journal of Atmospheric Sciences* (Vol. 40, No. 1, 2016).
