Trades Permits

A licensed professional or a home owner who occupies the dwelling can apply to BSEED for a trade permit. The application approval process involves reviewing the application, verifying the licensed professionals’ information and issuing the permit. A trade permit lasts for six months unless inspection activity occurs consistently. The information is tracked for compliance, safety and property assessment.</p>
