CT-LabSTAF continous FLC from DY172 in 2023-24

LabSTAF deployments during DY172 are described in more detail in the accompanying cruise report. We here only provide data from one instrument (SN 19-0105-003) which was run continuously with the same protocol throughout the cruise.

The instrument was run in Auto-FLC mode and PEP and DWM were automatically run and applied before each FLC. Data from other instruments and data collected on CTD-rosette profiles and during nutrient addition experiments can be made available upon request (see cruise report).

The folder raw_rsf contains raw rsf files and extracted data. To open .rsf files too look at or extract data, you can download the latest version of the software at:

The folder auxiliary contains a the cruise report, the cruise track and continuous ship data (temp, par, sal, etc.), a QC log listing files which have been removed, a folder with all blank measurements (not applied to the data), and a folder with some jupyter notebooks with basic scripts for plotting data (based on original scripts written by the wonderful Ben Cala, NIOZ).
