Full peptide quant reports and unique peptides for each of the 15 species' searches

This FigShare repository contains supporting information for the manuscript entitled Backyard Proteomics - A Case Study in the Black Widow Spider. This repository is an intermediate between the Supporting information provided in the manuscript and the ProteomeXchange https://proteomecentral.proteomexchange.org/cgi/GetDataset?ID=PXD051601 publicly available data for the study. The latter contains all original mass spectrometry data and intermediate processed data including assigned peptides, proteins, and their abundances in .SNE file format. Text versions of the protein level data is provided in the paper supporting information and peptide level data is contained within this project.
