Colon-Targeted Astragalus Polysaccharide Nanoparticles Prevent NAFLD-Driven Hepatocarcinogenesis via Microbiota Remodeling and NF-kB Inhibition

The aim of this study is to investigate the mechanism by which chitosan/pectin nanoparticles loaded with astragalus polysaccharides (APs CS/PT NPs) regulate the gut liver axis, improve gut microbiota structure, reduce lipid accumulation, and prevent the malignant transformation of liver fibrosis to liver cancer by regulating the NF -kB signaling pathway
