Evaluation of precipitation variability over complex terrain based on observations and high resolution WRF v4.2.2 modelling: open data

This database includes: 1. Precipitation data from 37 observational sites for the period 1991-2020 and locations (latitude, longitude and altitude).2. WRF precipitation data at three resolutions (9 km, 3 km and 1 km) for the period 1991-2020, together with the position of the grid points (latitude, longitude and altitude), as well as WRF data from several 2009 sensitivity experiments.3. Precipitation data from the ERA5 reanalysis for the period 1991-2020, together with the position of the grid points (latitude, longitude and altitude).
