High resolution vector polygon seamask for areas south of 60S - VERSION 7.10

A high resolution seamask for regions south of 60degS, comprised of a roundel polygon with all land and ice shelves erased. High resolution versions of ADD data are suitable for scales larger than 1:1,000,000. The largest suitable scale is changeable and dependent on the region.
