This dataset contains the raw experimental data underlying the figures presented in the manuscript "NAIP/NLRC4 inflammasome dynamics in murine enteroids is tuned by NAIP ligand concentration and epithelial cell differentiation" submitted to Cell Reports. The data are organized by figure and include the original microscopy files, plate reader output, reporter measurements, and processed Excel spreadsheets used for data visualization and interpretation.
