资源简介:
Raw and cleaned data associated with Beaty et al. 2023 publication titled under the same name. In this publication, the intraspecific variability in thermal sensitivity of two populations of a marine snail, Nucella lamellosa, was measured using a mesocosm experiment and reciprocal transplant. Growth, feeding rate, and survival were measured along with environmental parameters (e.g., temperature, pH, salinity) in both the lab and field experiments. The three mesocosm datasets provide the raw growth, survival, and per capita feeding data for snails involved in the mesocosm experiment. The reciprocal transplant dataset includes the growth and survival data for all snails involved in the 2019 reciprocal transplant across the four study sites. The weight regressions csv provides submerged and dry snail weight to estimate regression relationships per source population.
