Tripogonella loliiformis Transcriptome or Gene expression

MicroRNA transcriptome analysis of Tripogon loliiformis throughout dehydration, desiccation and resurrection. Tripgon loliiformis plants were dehydrated to desiccation by withholding of water and RNA was isolated from Hydrated shoots as well as from shoots dehydrated to 60 and 40 % relative water content (RWC) as well as desiccated plants (< 10 % RWC). Plants were rehydrated with the addition of water and RNA was extracted 48 hrs post-watering. Each hydration point was assessed in triplicate and small RNA libraries were sequenced on an illumina HiSEQ 2500, single end base pair reads.
