资源简介:
Metabolic dysfunction-associated steatoheptaitis (MASH) is a chronic liver disease caused by prolonged poor diet. During MASH-induced chirrosis in humans and diet-induced MASH in murine models, T cells accumulated in the liver but their function in MASH is unresolved. We aimed to evaluated differences in T cell phenotype and T cell receptor (TCR) repertoire in T cells from the livers of diseased humans and murine models. This set contains mouse sequencing data. Overall design: 6-8 week old male C57BL/6 mice were put on a High-Fat, High-Cholesterol (HFHC) diet for 25 or 31 weeks or a chow control diet. Reversal mice were placed on HFHC diet for 26 weeks and then fed a chow diet for 5 weeks. From all samples, CD3+ cells were enriched from the liver prior to sequencing. All samples were analyzed with 5' scRNAseq and enrichment for T cell receptor (TCR) sequences.
