Acquisition of tyres for the car fleet in 2 batches over 4 years

This is a single-award framework agreement concluded in the form of a public supply contract with order forms without a minimum amount and with a maximum order amount per lot, without reopening competition when the order forms are awarded and awarded under the provisions of Articles L2123-1, R2123-1 to R2123-7, R2162-1 to R2162-6 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
The purpose of this consultation is the acquisition of tyres for light-duty and heavy-duty vehicles, with mounting for heavy-duty vehicles.
The supplies are divided into two lots awarded by separate contracts, according to the following breakdown:
Lot 1: ‘Purchase of tyres for light vehicles and vans’ – Maximum annual order amount:10 000 € H.T.
Lot 2: ‘Purchase of tyres with mounting for heavy goods vehicles’ – Maximum annual order amount:
7 000 € excl. tax
Maximum TOTAL for the year for all lots:17 000 € excl. tax
Maximum total for the four years for all lots: 68 000 € H.T.
