资源简介:
We hypothesize that the TRIM21-NFATc3/ASK1 axis plays a key role in steatohepatitis. TRIM21, NFATc3, and ASK1 plasmids were transfected separately in human monocyte-derived macrophages(HMDMs), with the pCMV6 expression vector used as a control. Subsequently, RNA sequencing analysis was performed to obtain common feature genes for Connectivity Map screening. Overall design: RNA-seq was performed to compare the mRNA expression level in HMDMs overexpressing TRIM21, NFATc3, or ASK1.
