This file contains the genomic coordinates for each genome-wide significant differentially methylated region, with additional information on: a) the number of CpGs within each region; b) whether the DMR was hypomethylated or hypermethylated; c) the P value and FDR q-value for each DMR; d) the closest gene; e) the beta-value difference for the most significant CpG in the region.
