Comparative transcriptomic analysis of cold tolerance in rice seedlings

This study investigates the molecular basis of cold tolerance in rice (Oryza sativa L.) seedlings by comparing gene expression profiles of cold-tolerant (HanYou73) and cold-sensitive (WuFengYou286) cultivars under low-temperature stress. The dataset reveals differentially expressed genes and pathways associated with cold resistance during early development.
