Six MU tissues and six para-cancerous scar tissues were collected, followed by transcriptome sequencing. Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in these two group were screened, then by Gene Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway enrichment. Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) were also performed to investigate the changes on pathways. Expression patterns of the hub genes were confirmed via quantitative RT-PCR.
