Transcriptomic analysis of Leishmania major (Friedlin strain) promastigotes after a short incubation at 37ºC (two hours) regarding the RNA expression levels present at normal growth conditions (26ºC).

This study was aimed to analyze the changes in the transcriptome of Leishmania major (Friedlin strain) promastigotes after a short incubation at 37ºC (two hours) regarding the RNA expression levels present at normal growth conditions (26ºC). For this purpose, RNA samples from three biological replicates for each condition (26ºC and 37ºC incubation) were individually extracted and then purified by oligo-dT chromatography. Finally, RNA-seq libraries (stranded) were prepared and sequenced (2×76 bp). Here, we are submitting the raw reads that were obtained for each one of the six samples.
