This whitepaper introduces the Observer Geometry Protocol (OGP), a theoretical model for phase-based cryptographic encoding using recursive quantum observation. Inspired by layered collapse functions of the form: O₄(O₃(O₂(O₁(ψ)))) the model encodes security keys not as binary bitstreams, but as emergent geometrical structures that arise from specific observer-interaction configurations.
