Transciptomic analysis in HAV infected Huh7.5 cells

This study is to analyze the transcriptomic changes induced by hepatitis A virus infection in cells. Huh7.5 cells were mock infected or infected with HM175/p16 virus for 7 or 14 days. Total RNAs were extracted using mirVana kit. Libraries were prepared with Illumina TruSeq RNA Library Prep Kit and sequenced on Illumina Hi-Seq4000 sequencer. Three biological replicates were done for each condition.
