Dataset and codes for "Synchronization and metachronal waves in an array of eukaryotic flagella"

This record contains the numerical data, Julia/Jupyter notebooks, and supplementary movies associated with the manuscript “Synchronization and metachronal waves in an array of eukaryotic flagella” by Yukinori Wakahara and Nariya Uchida.

The notebooks were used to perform numerical simulations of one-dimensional arrays of hydrodynamically coupled eukaryotic flagella and to generate Figs. 2–5 of the manuscript. The archive includes representative simulation outputs, processed time-delay data, figure-generation scripts, and supplementary movies corresponding to the in-phase synchronized state, the metachronal-wave state, and the chevron pattern.

The notebooks are working scripts used for the manuscript figures, rather than a fully automated one-command reproduction pipeline. Details on the file structure, required Julia packages/modules, numerical parameters, figure-specific input files, and reproduction notes are provided in README.txt.
