Supporting Reference Data Files for KinPred (Raw)

This is the ``Raw'' data directory of KinPred that holds the original predictions on the current proteome, the PhosphoProteome version used to generate v1.0 post-filtered data (Final data in this project).
Data includes: Reference Human Proteome (Uniprot). File name includes the date human reference proteome was pulled from Uniprot and the file is in fasta format.
Reference Human Phosphoproteome (ProteomeScout). Folder name includes the date this data was pulled from ProteomeScout and includes the ProteomeScoutAPI compatible data and citations folder. https://github.com/NaegleLab/ProteomeScoutAPI

Predictions for GPS. This folder contains the hi, low, and medium threshold predictions that allow us to infer the kinase-specific edge weights that determine the threshold.
