The Queen Victoria Sanatorium Wentworth Falls was a home specifically for the treatment of tuberculosis sufferers.This series consist of two volumes detailing the minutes of monthly meetings of the Queen Victoria Sanatorium Wentworth Falls Board of Directors.Both typed and handwritten minutes are contained within the volumes. The minutes list those present, the date and location of the meeting and any apologies from those not in attendance.Regular inclusions in the minutes are a monthly treasurer's report, progress reports on patients, an administrative report from the Matron, a listing of any gifts received, letters/ correspondence received are outlined and the daily average of beds occupied over the month is given.Towards the end of the second volume (from pp. 209-247) the minutes begin to cover both the Queen Victoria Sanatorium at Wentworth Falls and the Queen Victoria Sanatorium located in Thirlmere NSW.
