Vertical atmospheric profiling by Cloud Particle Sensor sondes and radiosondes during Arctic cruise by the research vessel Mirai on MR23-06C

Meteorological observations were made in Arctic Ocean on board the R/V Mirai on September 2023. To observe vertical atmospheric structures (e.g., temperature, relative humidity, wind speed), we conducted radiosonde and Cloud Particle Sensor (CPS) sondes observations. In addition, the CPS sondes measured the vertical structures of clouds (e.g., number, radius, and phase of cloud).
