In this study, we reveal the regulators of autophagy in 3D culture and 2D starvation conditions in pancreatic cancer. Overall design: PATU8902 cells were transduced with the whole-genome Brunello library and cultured under various conditions, prior to flow sorting, DNA extraction and sequencing.
