This dataset records the changes in physicochemical index data and metabolites during the operation of full-scale dry anaerobic fermentation processes. This study mainly investigates the variations of physicochemical indicators and metabolites in anaerobic fermentation treatment systems, including indicators such as pH, volatile solids (VS) content, total solids (TS) content, total volatile fatty acids (TVFA), and metabolites. The related results reveal the functional mechanism by which microorganisms mediate the biotransformation of organic solid waste during the dry anaerobic fermentation process. The total size of the basic indicator data is approximately 20 kb.
