dMLA analysis of antibiotic resistance genes

We developed a laboratory, sequencing, and bioinformatics pipeline based on digital multiplex ligation assays (dMLA) for the simultaneous detection and quantification of hundreds of ß-lactamase-encoding genes. This raw Illumina MiSeq data of the project can be translated into accurate counts of individual ß-lactamase-encoding genes.
