The data contain the results (both the return and an identification of whether or not it is an arbitrage) of the application of the proposed arbitrage strategy to the identified equity offerings, as well as other factors of interest, such as the proportion of new shares relative to those already outstanding, whether a payment is required to subscribe new shares, or whether the process is underwritten.
