The study was designed to expolre the differential gene expression after peroxiredoxin2 (Prdx2) downregulation by siRNAs transfection in human trophoblast cell line HTR8 compared with negative control. Overall design: siRNA targeting the human Prdx2 or negative control siRNA were transfected into HTR8 cells. Cells were cultured for 48 h after transfection before they were harvested. Three independent experiments were performed for each sample. The Agilent SurePrint G3 Human Gene Expression v3 8x60K Microarray was used to detect gene expression.
