Characterisation of three mouse cell lines by ATAC-seq (MV+, RAG and ß-TC3 cells).

Chromatin accessibility profiling using ATAC-seq to study and identify novel Cis-regulatory elements of MV+ a lens epithelium cell line, RAG a mouse kidney adenocarcinoma cell line and ß-TC3 cell a mouse pancreatic ß cell, derived from mouse insulinoma. Overall design: Three cell lines where analysed and two biological replicates generated for each.
