Faced with global socio-economic challenges, geopolitical conflicts, increasingly intense international technological competition, and the continuous evolution of industrial innovation policy governance practices in advanced countries, it is imperative for our country's industrial innovation policy governance and tools to keep pace with the times. Therefore, there is a need to continuously anticipate the latest trends and practices in international industrial innovation policies, and to construct a cross-border policy exchange platform that provides the designated agencies with the latest information and reference opinions to continuously optimize the planning and governance functions of industrial innovation policies.
