资源简介:
In this study, we sampled the soil during the sweet sorghum tasseling period, analysed the effects of different exogenous organic acid composite biomass treatments on the structural characteristics of soil bacterial communities through high-throughput sequencing technology, derived alpha diversity and beta diversity indices based on the sequencing results, and analysed the effects on the diversity of soil bacterial communities under different treatments, and compared them through the species taxonomic level annotations. The species composition and differences of soil bacteria in different treatments were analysed through species taxonomic level annotation. The aim of this study is to identify the advantageous combinations of different organic acids and biological substrates that are more conducive to enhancing the abundance of soil salt-tolerant microorganisms and improving the microbial-poor status of coastal saline soils, so as to provide a scientific basis for the microecological improvement of soils in coastal mudflat areas. The relevant content in the manuscript has been re-modified.
