TMAO Stimulation of Rat Primary Cardiac Fibroblasts for Transcriptome Sequencing.

This study investigates the effects of TMAO (trimethylamine N-oxide) stimulation on rat primary cardiac fibroblasts over a six-hour period, followed by transcriptome sequencing. By comparing the TMAO-treated group with a control group, we aim to elucidate the molecular changes induced by TMAO, a compound may linked to ventricular remodeling.
