RNA thermometers enables precise control of Cas9 expression and prevent gRNA library skew

Leaky expression of Cas9 can cause cell death in bacteria. This is predicted to cause skewing of pools of gRNA used in multiplex CRISPR methods, like editing, activation and inhibition. This data measures this skew occurring and that it can be reduced through the use of RNA thermometers.
