This volume is a reference manual for the Branch, consisting of standing orders issued for the guidance of officers to ensure uniformity in the execution of the work of the Branch. The standing orders are recorded in numerical order and deal with attendance, procedures relating to records, remittances, credit postings, enquiries, issue of accounts, overpayments, refunds, revaluations and the discontinuation and restoration of supplies. There is a subject index to the standing orders in the front of the volume. (11/14301). 1 vol.
