Stellar occultation technology data for oxygen density inversion

Starlight occultation technology detects atmospheric composition by detecting the absorption of planetary atmosphere to Spectral class. In response to the concept of using a wide spectrum for star occultation detection, this dataset includes oxygen molecular spectral line intensity, low energy state energy data, forward transmittance data, and forward signal-to-noise ratio data used in the full link forward modeling of star occultation. This dataset provides a foundation for the development of wide spectral detection technology for star occultation.
