<b>Supporting data for</b> "High Throughput Screening Technologies for the SARS-CoV-2 Induced Syncytium Formation"

The datasets contains the raw data obtained from imaging, FACS, NGS or video for analysis in chapter 3 and chapter 4. This study aims to develop high-throughput screening technologies for identifying syncytial risk-enhancing variants of the Spike protein of SARS-CoV-2, as well as identifying functional nanobodies for therapeutic purpose.
