GBM MRI with segmented ROI

This dataset contains normalized MRI data of 74 GBM patients from the Cancer Imaging Archive (including T1-weighted, T2-weighted, T2-weighted FLAIR and T1-weighted gadolinium contrast-enhanced. Each patient with a TCGA number.) and corresponding segmented tumor areas (the whole tumor area and the solid tumor core). This data set was mentioned in "Biological pathways underlying prognostic radiomics phenotypes from paired MRI and RNA sequencing in glioblastoma", which has been published by Radiology at https://doi.org/10.1148/radiol.2021203281.
