These registers provide staff employment information including names, dates of birth, start dates, pay rates, staff occupations and movements, reasons for leaving and employment type. There are also identifying numbers alongside staff names known as M.P. numbers. Additional information is included in some registers that supplements the personal history cards (NRS 19333), such as medical examination dates and details, as well as records relating to certificates issued. The registers contain references to regional locations such as Bathurst and Cowra.
