资源简介:
The residual River Penalty stratum classifies the territory into penalty classes in relation to torrential phenomena, and is one of the themes that make up the Summary Charter of Danger. The penalty classification is encoded in the CSP field (P1 - negligible or absent, APP - areas to be explored, P2 - low, P3 - medium, P4 - high). The cartographic basis for the contextualization of the Danger Synthesis Card is the Provincial Technical Card in force. The Hazard Summary Charter is one of the constituent elements of the PUP Provincial Urban Plan (Article 21(4)(d) of Provincial Law No 15 of 4 August 2015 and Article 3(1) of Provincial Law No 5 of 27 May 2008) and has the task of identifying areas with different levels of penalties for land use, due to the presence of the hydrogeological, avalanche, seismic and forest fire hazards described in the Hazard Maps (Article 10 of Provincial Law No 9 of 1 July 2011 and Article 14 of Provincial Law No 5 of 27 May 2008). By Decision No 1748 of 29 September 2023, the Provincial Executive approved the Dangerousness Summary Charter, including the first update of the extract relating to the territory of the Municipality of Trento, the Municipality of Caldonazzo and the municipalities of Aldeno, Cimone, Garniga Terme and the territory of the municipalities included in the Rotaliana-Königsberg Community, and the amendments made to the document ‘Indications and clarifications for the application of the provisions concerning areas with high, medium or low penalties and areas with other types of penalty’.
