Memory Traces for the CXL-flash Simulator

This dataset contains memory trace files (*.trace) for various synthetic workloads and real-world workloads. We utilize Trace Generator to collect traces for these workloads and translate them into *.trace files We collected these traces on a machine with an Intel i7-9700 CPU and 32GB DDR4 DRAM Memory. The operating system utilized is Ubuntu 20.04.5 LTS with Linux Kernel 5.17.4. The real-world workloads include: BERT Page rank (GAPBS) Radiosity (Splash-3) XZ (Spec CPU) YCSB F Users can find the source codes of the real-world workloads from their original code bases.
