Predict.ipynb

The "Predict" Jupyter notebook, along with the companion Python library usefulFunctions.py, performs image analysis using a trained deep learning model. It includes optional geometrical correction (based on .point files), prediction of objects in each image, and saving of the results in compressed files. Finally, the notebook extracts detection data and object features (e.g. position, area, perimeter) from the results, applying scaling to convert pixel-based measurements into milimeter units.
