Gene expression profiles of mouse KPL lung tumor cells with low or high CLDN6 expression

We used single-cell clonal culture to obtain mouse KPL lung tumor cell clones. Following quantitative RT-PCR screening of these clones, we pooled those exhibiting low or high Cldn6 mRNA expression to establish CLDN6lo and CLDN6hi KPL cell lines, respectively, and then performed RNA-seq analysis of these cell lines to define expression differences.
