The data contains the result of ChIP-seq of TAP-tagged Gcr1 transcription factor of S. cerevisiae, which is known to have two forms in accordance with the intron processing (Gcr1(U) and Gcr1(S)). Duplicated ChIP-seq sampling was conducted at two time points; during exponential phase (6 hr after incubation) and after diauxic shift (12 hr after incubation), for Gcr1(U) and Gcr1(S) each. Also duplicated RNA-seq samples for Gcr1(U) and Gcr1(S) forms were analyzed for the same two time points.
