Quantitative analysis of genetic interactions in human cells from genome-wide CRISPR-Cas9 screens

The datasets in this record supports the manuscript titled "Quantitative analysis of genetic interactions in human cells from genome-wide CRISPR-Cas9 screens". The datasets are, together with the code provided in the related Zenodo software record, sufficient to reproduce all scores and the main analyses reported in the manuscript. The datasets comprise raw gRNA readcounts from CRISPR screens and the associated metadata. The resulting scores are also described in the manuscript titled "A global genetic interaction map of a human cell reveals conserved principles of genetic networks" Detailed instructions for running the analyses are provided in the code repository README.
