Proteome-wide Association Study Weights for the UK Biobank

As part of the publication titled "Leveraging the genetics of psychiatric disorders to prioritize potential drug targets and compounds", PWAS weights were generated for the UK Biobank Proteomics sample. The normalized protein expression values provided by the UK Biobank were pre-residualized for age, age-squared, sex, age*sex, age-squared*sex, proteomic batch, genetic array, and the first 20 genetic principle components. Weights derived from the rank-inverse normal transform of the above pre-residualized protein abundance values are provided in WEIGHTS_rint.zip. Note that these weights are formatted for use with the FUSION tool.
