Synthetic cryo-EM datasets for image-to-coordinate prediction: AK and HER2

Two ContinuousFlex synthetic cryo-EM datasets containing particle images, paired aligned/deformed and posed coordinate structures, reference structures, ground-truth pose metadata, generation parameters, provenance records, and documentation. The AK bundle contains full-atom targets; the HER2 bundle includes full-atom synthesis structures and the C-alpha targets consumed by the retained model.
