Dataset and code accompanying the manuscript “Bayesian Template Matching Enables Real-Time Tracking of Large Earthquake Ruptures.” The dataset includes synthetic rupture models, GNSS displacement waveforms, and the source code for the Bayesian template-matching algorithm. Rupture models are provided in rupt_event.npy, rupt_time.npy, rupt_slip.npy, and rupt.zip; synthetic GNSS waveforms are provided in wave_db_noise.zip; and the template-matching algorithm is implemented in wave_corr_realv13.py.
