Whole exome sequencing of ovarian serous adenocarcinoma cell line OVCAR5

To provide insight into the microsatellite instability levels, whole exome sequencing was applied to OVCAR5 cells with or without stable HORMAD1 expression and MLH1 KO OVCAR5 cells.
