scRNA-seq of Chrna7+ bone marrow stromal cells in Chat-fl/fl and Cd19-Cre Chat-fl/fl mice

Examination of gene expression in FACS-purified Ter119- CD45- Chrna7+ bone marrow stromal cells as a function of B cell-derived acetylcholine Ter119- CD45- Chrna7+ bone marrow stromal cells were FACS purified from the bone marrow of Chat-fl/fl and Cd19-Cre Chat-fl/fl steady state mice followed by scRNA-seq analysis to identify differentially expressed genes and enriched gene sets.
