Area fulfilling the condition for protection under Section 23(1) of the BNatSchG in conjunction with Section 13 of the LNatSchG as a nature reserve

LLUR site proposals for designation as a nature reserve (NSG).

Section 23(1)(1) to (3) of the Federal Nature Conservation Act of 29 July 2009 [BGBl. I p. 2542]

Section 13 of the State Nature Conservation Act of 24 February 2010 [GVOBl. Schl.-H. p. 301,
ber. p.486] (last amended 13. December 2018 [GVOBl. Schl.-H. p. 773]).

Origin of the territorial proposals: National biotope mapping (until 1993) and supplementary NSG proposals of third parties evaluated by the Upper Nature Conservation Authority.

The proposals have been incorporated into the landscape planning as far as they are binding on the authorities (see there and attribute "Inventory").
